Reviewing at home, minus the proper glassware. I think I’ll manage.
With a vigorous pour this shines in my becher, clear gold with a thick foam cap. Punchy, fruity, lightly estery nose leads off, with a green hop note. The sip follows, with some sticky candied orange and a touch of sweet malt on the finish.

Pours a hazy, unfiltered golden straw color with a fluffy white head that provides significant lacing. The body is a bit hazier than I’ve seen with the kolsch style.
The nose, however, is on point for the style, with an enticing lemongrass aroma that complements a spicy, earthy note from the noble hops.
The taste is led by the lemongrass, and it is delicious, again complemented by a spicy, earthy flavor that provides balance for this crushable kolsch. Outstanding.
The mouthfeel is medium and easy drinking. This would make an excellent lawnmower beer.

Poured at fridge temp into a weizen glass
Pours a bright straw yellow with a soda-like white head. Opaque bordering hazy with visible carbonation rising. 4
Hoppy and earthy aroma, some sweetness on the backend and a hint of crisp malt. 4
Immediately hit with earth honey that really blew me away. Second sip left me with more raw honeycomb, herbal grassiness and subtle malt. Really an excellent combination and showcase of flavor. 4.5
Effervescent carbo, absolutely crushable and easy on the palate. 4.25
Overall a killer representation of the style that floored me on the taste that was truly a masterpiece. 4.25
