16 oz can into a nonic pint glass. SRM 2
L: Pours slightly clouded straw darkish yellow with a 1.75" tall soapy eggshell white head, good steady fine carbonation bubbles, very good head retention that produces a a dome with a center cap, light loose lacing on the sipping side.
S: Citrus, melon, lightly caramelized malts. Quite simple.
T: Citrus zest, bright lemon, wheat, a touch of resin but mainly zest, lush tastes and fairly full-flavored, very lightly tart, refreshing overall.
F: Gently brisk, lightly juicy, medium-bodied feel with a medium-length moderately dry finish. Becomes plush with warming.
O: Absolutely delicious. Lemon is the central axis and the feel softens over time. A very nice blend of tastes with the lemon being slightly sweet rather than tart. Perfectly ripened fruit tastes. It is outstanding in its style.
