A - Pours motor oil black with a thin tan head. Light amount of clingy lacing.
S - Aroma is dark chocolate, black coffee and bourbon.
T - The taste is dark chocolate, black coffee, vanilla, maple and big bourbon barrel.
M - Full body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - Solid. Tons of barrel in the flavor.

Black, opaque in the glass, no head or lacing but a glycerin-like cling to the glass. Smell of rye and maple, alcohol. Taste of rye (buckwheat?) and malts, maple in aftertaste. Rich mouthfeel feel but some alcohol burn. A winter warmer….
