Had on tap from a wooden keg! Clear orangey golden body with a finger of white foam. Smell has the rye and harvest rustic grains right away, then a soft yeast and crisp malt with a hint of orange. Taste is much deeper, sure the rye and grains are inviting right away, but now crisp malt and soft year have recruited crusty bread, orange, mild grassy hops, and dry earth to the party. Feel is smooth and crisp, grains are felt here in a calculated way that is really pleasant, also get a hint of wood tannin, perhaps from the barrel which is dope.
