A stout aged in bourbon barrels with Thai banana, macadamia nuts, salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. Sitting at a strong 13% this one is a heavy hitter, with a smooth caramel finish. In collaboration with Horrocks Farm Market.

The pour is almost pure black with a medium brown dense that left a film of evidence, but no lacing.
The taste is a melange of vanilla and caramel, banana and what seems to be white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Yes, it’s sweet.
The feel is exactly what you might expect from a Transient pastry stout. Viscous and smooth with virtually no carbonation.
OA, another amazing pastry stout from Transient.
