The pour is the color of honey and unfiltered looking. The bright cool white head was over half the glass in height, very effervescent and slow to dissipate.
The taste is biscuits and grass and earthy. A smidge of buttery flavor is present, but I only got it after the swallow.
The feel, once you get past that head (or choose to drink out of the can because you can't get it all in the glass) is light and almost crisp, very bubbly which makes it seem lighter.
OA, nice take on the style, if English Pale Ales are your thing I recommend you try it.
