Located in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, equi-distant from York and Harrogate, amongst the fields of rape seed and barley is hidden seven acres of vines. First planted in 2006, the initial 1000 vines have become established, and been added to every year since, so there are currently over 12,000 vines, of the Solaris, xxx yyy zzz varieties.
On the back of our success with the vineyard, and fulfilling Chris and his son’s Tim’s long held ‘taste’ for beer, we have developed a local micro brewery just a short hop and a skip from the vineyard.
