Pours a mild brown color with a very thing head into my glass. Also on tap at Infinity Brewing in South Burlington.
Chewy malt with a touch of molasses/raisin in the nose. Very clean aroma-wise.
Malt has the right texture. Not too thick nor thin with caramel and raisin.
Finishes clean at the back of the throat.
This dubbel is clean and easy to drink. It's not going to knock your socks off but you might want to take your time, even at 7.5%.
