On tap at the brewery.
A-Pours a bit hazy. Golden hue. Even in the sample glass, it sports a big, fluffy head.
S-Spicy and phenolic. Some pale malt character, more spiciness and some fruitiness.
T-Belgian spice that gives off a clovey flavor but it's not very intense. As a matter of fact the entire flavor is fairly reserved. Light grassy hops. Pale fleshed fruit and white bready malt,
M-Medium bodied. Alcohol hidden very well. Bubbly. No lingering flavor.
O-I like how this one doesn't ram the Belgian yeast flavors down my throughout. There is a nice, subtle variation of flavors here.
