A kinda smoky kinda imperial stout aged with dried figs, oak aged sherry and port staves. We smoked our on malt in-house over cherry and hickory woods and under our competition style St. Louis ribs for extra complexity.

On-tap at Bull & Barrel Brew Pub, Brewster, NY

A: The beer is black when viewed from afar but when held up to the light there are traces of dark red. It poured with a quarter finger high tan head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of dark malts are present in the nose along with notes of smoke and hints of sherry and port.
T: The taste follows the smell but the sherry and port are a bit stronger.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a tad smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the aromas and flavors of sherry and port in this beer.
