On-tap at Jerry's Wood Fired Dogs in Irvine. On to the beer:
A pleasant pale ale. This ale offers thick white collar on top which retains well and leaves lots of lacing, while underneath is a beer that is not quite bronzed in color. It smells and tastes like a rush of citrus, with lemon being the highlight of such. Still, the beer is relaxed while being hoppy, and also easy drinking and not bitter.

On tap for The Bruery Sucreversary held at The Phoenix Club in Anaheim, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus zest, and herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and herbal hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that has a nice balance of citrus and herbal hop qualities all around.
