Poured from a 16oz can.
Poured orangish & Slightly hazy with minimal egg white head.
Mad coffee up front, and that’s about all you get. Really have to pull out any citrus or malt notes.
Tasted like watered down black coffee with a faint finish of hops. Poorly balanced. If you like black coffee, you’ll probably like this beer.
Wasn’t absolutely terrible, but definitely wasn’t balanced or that enjoyable.

Poured on tap a slightly hazed pale yellow under a half-inch thick white head with splotches of lace. Aroma is dominated with coffee and faint citrus notes. Plenty of coffee flavor here, but the hops are very muted. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Finishes dry with roasty coffee. Perhaps a bit too much coffee which for me masks the underlying delicate hops.

16 ounce can poured into a tulip
A: Pours a hazy golden orange with an off white head, no lacing, and minimal head retention.
A: Definitely picking up a lot of coffee, slight hop notes like guava, peach skins, slight lemon, coffee really dominates the aroma, no alcohol on the nose.
T: Too much going on here, hit with a touch of hop notes, citra notes, then a bigger hit of coffee with roasted and toasted coffee notes, bitterness, mostly from the coffee, and it lingers long in the finish with a mix of the hop notes.
M: Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation, dry finish.
O: I have avoided IPAs with coffee added because I never thought I would like them. My prejudice has been confirmed. I just don't like the combination of coffee and hops, this did not do it for me, it's very coffee heavy and light on the hop notes.
