12oz can dated 11/01/21 poured into a tulip glass shows a glowing, cloudy, gold, yellow body with a proud 1" cap of mixed white bubbles that falls to the edge and artistically laces the glass.
Aromas, if muted, include coriander over orange and wheat with a biscuit and the flavors match including the nice fruity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is a solid medium with a wet finish.
Overall a pleasant drinker.

12 oz can, canned on 10/12/20 - was incredibly fresh when I got it, but stuck it in the fridge to die and I scraped it out tonight. Goose Island nonic pint.
Very beautiful looking chill hazed light wheat cracker body, with a creamy head of 1 finger, leaving lots of lace. Lots of glow. It's a gorgeous beer.
Aroma has the wheat cracker thing going on as well, with supplemental notes of pine, juniper, and citrus. Grapefruit in particular but there's other mixed in.
Flavor has an intense malty presence that works very well with the sharp, biting yet fruity and luscious hops. I get both barley and flaked wheat with a backdrop of lemon, gooseberry, dried orange peel, and coriander.
Feel is creamy, carbonated, smooth, slightly acidic, biting, with a medium body and no alcohol heat that I can detect. Ends drying and crisp.
Overall, this really stunned me. If I run into it again, I'll be sure to buy a 6 pack. Or more. Good stuff. Close to Schlafly's Winter IPA...almost there.
Price paid : $1.89 / can
Buy again : Yep
Edit : after a whole 6 pack on my way back up from Nashville (St Louis stop) I can say this is an extremely enjoyable little IPA, perfect departure from the norm and still plenty tasty. Clove gives it a nice spin. Very well done.

Yellow in color with with a faint sedimentary haze. There’s a quarter inch of eggshell white around the rim and covering three quarters of the top. The aroma is of orange and coriander. I’m tasting coriander and orange zest. The mouth is crisp and refreshing.

12oz can. Poured out a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of coriander, pine and toasted caramel. Spicy taste with coriander, sweet caramel and a sharp bitterness.
