Straw yellow in color with good clarity. There’s a fingernail of eggshell white on top. The aroma is of light, bready malt and a suggestion of grassy hops. I’m tasting light, crackery malt and a hint of grassy hops. The mouth is very light, quaffable, and unobtrusive.

From a twelve ounce can, this brew is completely clear, with a thin white head. The aroma has a soft floral and muted pale malt note. Like a soft German Pils. Light in body and easy to drink. Well done.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of floral notes, hay and toasted caramel. Sweet toasted caramel taste with a subtle bitterness. Light to medium bodied with a crisp, sharp finish.
