We are excited to be joining in and celebrating 100 years of Boone County History with the History and Culture Center. Built on 2-Row and honey malted oats, Centennial Anniversary Pale Ale pours bright gold. We chose a specially selected lot of Oregon grown Centennial Hops and used them predominantly for this beer to make it extra special. A small amount of Azacca hops were used in a supporting role to boost some stone fruit and tropical flavors. Expect big notes of Fruit Loops and pine resin, balanced by a subtle cereal malt body.

This one comes in a commemorative can, celebrating the 100th year of the Boone County Historical Society. Its always nice to see commemorative and collaboration beers that celebrate local history. The beer itself is a lightly hazy straw color with a thin white head. The aroma has a citrus hop smell. Bright. The tase is lightly sweet. More fruit and hop flavors in the mid-taste that soften through the finish.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of orange, guava, peach and caramel. Sweet caramel, toffee, orange, peach and a sharp bitterness.
