The can is emblazoned with a Scottish-styled gopher and a golf course map. Fin print explains that the beer was brewed in collaboration with a local country club. The beer is an attractive, crystal clear, gold color. The liquid is capped with a tall, firm, white head. A pleasant, although somewhat faint, American hop aroma is present, along with a bit of a corn adjunct scent. The taste, though, does have a mild malt taste. Light in body, but with a solid hop flavor and a light-touch on some sweetness. Much better than any macro lager.

On draft at Logboat. Poured out a crystal clear, straw-yellow color with a small, fizzy, white head of foam. It smelled of cereal, caramel and bread crust. Sweet caramel taste with bread malt and a citrusy kick.
