Light copper colored with a light haziness. Moderate lacing is present. There’s a fingernail of off white around the rim. The aroma is of tangerine. I’m tasting citrus and lemon. The mouth is lightly dense and resinous.

Draft at Logboat. Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, guava and pine. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and a sharp, piney bitterness.

Reviewed one week after canning. Poured into a nonic pint glass. It is cloudy and bright orange in color with a thin, ecru head and modest lacing. A fragrant nose featuring lemon, grapefruit, peach, melon, and a whiff of pine. Its taste is big, bold, and fruity with the tartness of lemon, grapefruit, and unripened peach, balanced by the sweetness of pineapple and ripe honeydew, over a firm Vienna malt base. The Alora hops add the unique taste of zuzu fruit. There are also notes of pine sap with sharp, clean bitterness throughout. A very flavorful ale! It has a good, full mouth feel with lively carbonation, and the 7.6% ABV gives it a nice pop. Overall, the hop bill is adventuresome bit it works well. Quite enjoyable!
