This smooth and very approachable stout was brewed with local honey, layering rich mocha notes with a touch of sweetness and a creamy finish.

Draft at Logboat. Poured an opaque, jet-black color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of honey, chocolate, toffee and caramel. Sweet honey taste with roasted malt, chocolate and toffee.
