We brewed this beer on the date of the full Harvest Moon with a special harvest of Riwaka hops from Eggers Hops in Moutere Valley, NZ. The hops used were harvested over night under the full harvest moon and lunar eclipse in March of 2025. German Pilsner malt brings a cracker like graininess to compliment a hop profile that showcases NZ terroir of gooseberries, tart white grapes, and some subtle grassiness.

Draft at Logboat. Poured a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy sheets of lace. It smelled of citrus, caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with citrus and a sharp, piney bite.
