Inspired by Josh’s time living in Oregon in 2006, this 6.7% American IPA throws it back to the bold grapefruit-and-pine West Coast IPAs that made people fall in love with the style in the first place. Packed with notes of ruby red grapefruit, pine resin, and floral hops with a firm bitterness and dry finish.

Draft at Logboat. Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, caramel and pine. Sweet grapefruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp piney bitterness.
