Clear yellow golden color with a one finger thick head with medium retention and leaving some laces.
Very subtle aroma of corn and white bread.
Flavor of corn, some diacetyl that does not bother, lemon zesty, a bit of floral and herbal hops.
Watery body with low carbonation (meaning good) with tiny bubbles. No perceivable alcohol at all (too low).
Refreshing Adjunct Lager, highest strength is the slightly lemon zesty note and being a "Chopp" version at least it is darn fresh. This is almost a non-alcoholic beer. No really offensive off-flavors, far better than drinking water on a buffet kid’s party (where I am right now).
