Yellow golden color with a one finger bordering thick head with short retention and leaving some laces.
Predominant aroma of corn, soap and sulfur. Quite unpleasant.
Flavor is not as bad as the nose, it’s actually acceptable. Notes of pale malt and cereals, a bit of spices, a light diacetyl, and floral hops. Mildly dry aftertaste, not bitter.
Light going towards medium body with medium carbonation.
Above average of local mass production Adjunct Lagers. More hoppy than its water flavored chopp versions. Simply do not smell it and you’ll be fine with a refreshing beer with a mild hop and spices.
