440ml can from Lidl supermarket (£1.79):
Deep chestnut brown with a half cm, bubbly head that's light tan coloured fades fades after a minute or so & has bubbles through the body too. Roasted malts & pine with some fruity, slightly tropical notes to follow, some chocolate & citrus to close but there's not much balance to it. That improves a little with the taste, more darkish malts & chocolate adding a touch or sweetness then light pine, citrus & touches of stone fruit at the end. It's medium bodied, moderately carbonated & slightly sharp at the death; okay after a disappointing nose.
