Coppery-brown wheat beer with a rich, sweet and faintly chocolatey malt character. A lovely banana flavor and aroma with a hint of clove from the traditional weizen yeast. Our Dunkelweizen has been described as “banana bread in a glass”. German weizen yeast, German Munich and Pale wheat malts, British Crystal and chocolate malts. American Apollo hops. 14.5 degrees Plato, 6% ABV, 14.5 IBU.
