Cracker, lemongrass, fruit, and grapefruit aroma. This is single hopped with citda and it shows. Taste: grapefruit, honey, melon. More crackers and bread, along with moderate bitterness. Light bodied, highly carbonated, sparkly. A bright, playfull pale ale.
