Copper toned amber body with an off-white head. Aromas of caramel malt and toast in a plain nose. Taste adds a hint of citrus zest and earth, but again is led by caramel and amber malts with toast. Feel is medium bodied for style, malty, and smooth. It is simple but would have again on St. Patrick's day

Clear, deep chestnut color. Soft, caramel and a fair amount of light toasted malt, to the aroma. A mellow woody bite and a non-sweet caramel touch, to the flavor. Medium light bodied.

16oz draft pour into a pint glass shows a dark clear amber body floating a thin whitish head.
Malt aromas have a slight citrus tint that says: "Hey, I'm not a plain old regular red."
Flavors are also refreshing. Malt and caramel are joined by subtle spice and marshmallows.
I could drink this all day long....oh, wait. I am.
