Brewed and put into a coolship and allowed to cool overnight, this lambic inspired ale has no added yeast. It was 100% spontaneously fermented with the local micro flora in the Tinley Park air. Barrel fermented and aged for over a year.

Had on tap. No doubt a sweet lambic, but has a nice feel to it. Flavoring is a hint of tart followed by wave of belgian yeast. Smells fruity, floral, and crisp as it tastes.
