I think this one is very good. Very well-balanced and drinkable despite the high ABV. Here goes:

A: Murky orange/apricot color. Pours a surprisingly small head that readily dissipates (it does leave adequate lacing, though). Body carbonation is good.

S: Oranges and grapefruit and lemon. Very little vegetable/grassy flavor, which is surprising. This one is a straight-up fruit bomb.

T: Follows the nose. I'm actually quite happy that the vegetable flavors are rather muted. It makes for a very sweet, succulent, beverage.

F: Nice and soft; well-carbonated also.

O: This is a very good beer. I liked how they muted the vegetable flavors, leaving behind only fruit. It makes for an incredibly drinkable, not-so-bitter brew.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on September 12, 2018. A collaboration with Omega Yeast. Day Zero Dryhop was fermented at 95°F with Hornindal Kveik yeast. Dry hopped at the time the yeast was pitched and again on day two of fermentation. Then packaged seven days from brewing. Brewed with Loral and Galaxy hops.

Opaque orange appearance.

A violent pour yielded a nice, noisy eggshell head; a thick curtain of tree-run lace.

Mild notes on pineapple, cane sugar & dry grass in the nose.

Medium mouthfeel.

Spring watery & mild pineapple flavors up front; dry wafer notes on the finish.

Pleasant, I suppose, but not much going on here.
