Not too many CO hefe out there. This is a collaboration with Bierstadt. If we all weren't under COVID crap, they'd give this guy a bit more time in the tanks. But, for a slightly rushed job, it's darn good. The feel is what's bugging me a bit. Seems slick or slippery. Maybe it's the yeast that hadn't settled. Still, I slammed a 32 oz can. So, there's that.
