Crime & Punishment Brewing Co. "Secret Cities"
on tap at the brewery on 21 January 2017
$3 / 8 oz.
Notes: Turbid pastel yellow body beneath a short head of white. I'd say it looks like a glass of orange juice but it's too light yellow. Fairly decent head retention and OK lacing. Aroma: citrusy, berry-like, softly piney. Flavor: some cracker-like malt supports the hops which remain as they are in the nose. Light-medium in body and gently effervescent. A stiff bitterness balances it nicely and brings it to a dry finish with residual pine and citrus lingering.
