The next installment in our Space Dogs series is not a dog at all, but more of a spirit. Brewed with oats and hopped generously with Hüll Melon and East Kent Goldings, this “Session IPA” has a little less bark and bite then a traditional IPA. Flavors of green tea and eucalyptus vapor mix with soft pine and apricot notes from a dry hopping of Simcoe lupulin powder. May the spirit of Kevin be with us all!
