Tatarka - Crime and Punishment
Session IPA - 5% abv
Growlered on 4/27/18 (2 days ago)
L - 2-finger dense and bright white head is slow to recede, leaving gobs of sticky lacing. Body is an opaque, cloudy, murky yellow.
S - grapefruit, orange, pineapple, melon, pine, a faint hint of cheese/funk.
T - super tropical citrus. The melon is most apparent, but the other fruits from the nose are there too. Super-clean middle. A bit of cheesy funk, but its more of an accent. No earthiness or herbalness. Finishes with a mild bitterness. No sweetness, no booziness.
F - medium body with medium carb.
O - this thing packs some crazy hop flavor for the low abv. Juicy with a great body. The Citra dry hop is hugely apparent, and makes this a joy to consume.
