Pours almost black with fine, light brown head.
Smell is malty and roasty with notes of coffee, chocolate and some plums.
Taste is slightly sweet and malty, with lots of coffee and chocolate tempered by a little bit of fruitiness from dried fruit.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice beer, more a stout/wee heavy hybrid, as it's less sweet and more roasty than expected.
