Trouble in Paradise is our tropically inspired Berliner Weiss fermented with Mangos. Utilizing a blend of Lactobacillus and our House ale strain we created a lightly colored, tart wheat ale. After fermenting and conditioning on 200 lbs of Mangos we infused this tart and fruity ale with spicy Habaneros to balance the sweetness of the fruit.
