In collaboration with Decadence & Bliss, an ice creamery from Seaside, Strawberry Milkshake Hef is brewed with a traditional Bavarian Hef yeast which produces banana and clove esters. To create a smooth, creamy mouthfeel lactose was added; the "shake" was finished on fresh strawberries and vanilla bean.
