Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Crisp and spritz mouthfeel. There is some malt but it’s quite dry overall. Clean brisk aroma of grain with an herbal note. There’s some odd fruit in the nose and something like artichoke.
Taste is resiny, plain, and a little fruity with green plum and cucumber. Aftertaste is quite bitter with a mineral finish. This gets a little better as you sip but the one note is a little flat. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at the brewery tasting room in Astoria.

No visible date code, enjoyed on July 30th. It's a subdued amber, two finger frothy head and tight lacing. There's no prominent hop aroma that we can pick up, other than a "beery" smell, which is not unpleasnt at all. The Buoy team likes a solid malt base for their ales and they are true to form here. A bit on the dry side, no sweetness, solid hop presence of the El Dorado hops. It's a good beer, not exceptional. If you can find a bottle around catch it before it gets too old..

500ml bottle purchased from Safeway in West Salem OR.
$3.99
Pours the traditional burnt orange color with a nice thick and frothy off white head.
Aroma is subdued floral, some sweet orange and slightly caramel malts
Taste is the same but much more fruity/floral alive than the nose.indeed its very invigorating! Nice
Mouth feel is OK..maybe a bit cloying in the end.
Overall a nice enough single hop.
