An exploration of haziabilty, the Buoy brewers embarked on an experiment by pitching different yeast strains into the same hazy IPA recipe resulting in two distinct beers.

Using Verdant IPA yeast resulting in vibrant tropical fruits, pineapple, peaches, and orange creamsicle, with a juicy mouthfeel.

Draft at the Taproom. Poured a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sticky lacing on the glass. It smelled of orange, grapefruit and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a mild bitterness.

Draft at the Handlebar. Hazy golden pour, fine layer of foam, rings of lacing. Fruity, citrusy aroma. Taste changes things up, stone fruit, ripe melons with a touch of citrus zest.
