Bohemian Pilsner pays homage to the rich brewing traditions of Bohemia, a historical Kingdom and contemporary region of the Czech Republic. Its radiant golden hue, fluffy white head, and aroma of dry biscuit evoke memories of freshly baked bread and crisp countryside mornings. Saaz hops lend a subtle earthiness with hints of floral and spice, beautifully balanced by the clean malt backdrop. Na zdravĂ!

Look: The color of yellow corn and nearly clear with a frothy white head that swells and slowly settles to a lid, leaving behind sheets of lacing
Aroma: Spicy hop notes, soda crackers, freshly cut grass, pilsner malt, and wafts of floral hops
Taste: Opens up with some cut grass and flowers before the spicy hops burst in and take charge. Sharp, zesty, and peppery notes abound as cracker-driven pilsner malt goes back and forth with the Saaz hops through to the close, which includes just a hint of diacetyl
Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and crisp and clean on the finish
Overall: I dig it. I like this beer and I also enjoy these folks’ year-round Czech Pilsner so this has be torn as they come across differently but both are really good. Saaz are prominent throughout and the pilsner malt lays the foundation for the show here. Tasty, refreshing, and worth checking out

Pretty tasty Czech Pils. Has all the qualities of the style you expect. Grainy, a bit funky, crisp and clean. Could be a regular beer with its drinkability and classic flavor.

Canned 1/28/25. Pour is crisp and clear. Nice off-white head, thick lacing. Aroma is toasted crackers with a bit of herbal. Taste is a classic Euro lager, with a tasty malt body and a well balanced bitterness. Long finish helps prolong the pleasure. A 5% ABV makes it very sessionable. Buoy has long produced well-crafted lagers and this one is better than most lagers here in the PNW.
Highly recommended.

Clear yellow amber brew with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Crackers and baked potato in the aroma. Light and sudsy mouthfeel. Just slightly sweet. Slight resiny hop notes for a well-rounded taste. This seems distinctly different from the varieties of Pilsners from the Northwest I've been drinking lately. It's quite richly flavored with pleasant grainy taste and less bitterness. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 04/08/24.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour, white foamy head. Grainy, biscuity aroma. Taste is clean, bready, grassy tailing off to a dry finish with light bitterness.
