Our Fresh Hop IPA begins with a restrained malt bill to allow all the hops to shine. A small dose of Rye & Oats provide a subtle backbone of spice with a smooth mouthfeel. Once fermentation subsided, we transferred it onto 200# of freshly harvested Chinook hops from Alluvial Hop farms in Independence, OR. These chinooks have bright notes of black pepper & citrus that almost renders a "grains of paradise" type of essence along with undertones of grapefruit and pine.
