Can from Belmont Station. Colour is medium gold with a moderately thick ecru head that dissipated quickly. Nose is spent grain, honeyed crackers, fresh biscuits and Malt o Meal. Palate is frothy, spritely and quite malty. There's baked buns on the mid palate and notes of honeycomb. There's mid palate is lightly dry and slightly sweet. The finish is long for the style, moderately malty and slightly astringent. When 21 years old, I think Data would approve of this beer :0>

Draft at Buoy Taproom. Clear golden pour, small white head slowly recedes. Crisp, grainy aroma, sweet. Taste follows with a nice creamy body, nice grainy, biscuity flavors, light crisp finish.
