Foundry, Northampton on-tap.
A- Golden light orange pour from a tap to a slim tumbler. The head is a finger and frothy retaining fairly well. Small ring deposits a large web far up leading to sparse spots.
S- Hops profile has a very unique citrus fruity tea feel with orange peel, passionfruit, floral and herbal tones. Pretty much clean. Hops aren't exactly pungent but plenty anyways.
T- Same general story as the aroma but the pale cracked cereal grains join in slightly. Herbal tea, tart stone fruit but not juicy, floral, citrus zest and berries.
MF- Fairly creamy overall but not chewy with high end crisp carbonation. Ends with a light bitterness promoting session time.
Very unique hop profile for me reminding me somewhat of fruit and citrus infused tea.

Enjoyed on tap at the tasting room at the brewery in Eastampton (come on down, honest!). A cloudy golden-colored pale ale. The nose has a touch of citrus from the dry-hop process that is delivered beautifully in the new snifters (yay! No more plastic!). The mouthfeel is silky and full-bodied thanks to all of the yeast still in suspension. A really tasty pale ale, especially given the 5.3% ABV. Get it while you can - a nice limited-release collaboration with Brewmaster Jack and The Foundry.
