A- A tallboy can pours a pink-reddish brew that is full of hazy fruit pectins resembling a milkshake. One finger pink cap with a foamy and creamy texture and decent retention. Small islands and a tiny ring remains. A few small blankets of lacing.
S- Lactic tartness and acidity suggested heavily by the aroma alongside the various berries. Raspberry is the most prominent of the fruit aromas and then boysenberry and in the end just a hint of blueberry. Ripe and fresh fruits atop strong lactic acid.
T- The sweetness and various fruits cut into the acidity a lot here and overall the beer balances out to be just a bit tart and certainly not sour like the aroma suggested. Big raspberry flavor and in general the balanced flavors come off like a mixed berry popsicle with identifiable raspberry and then just general berry flavor beyond that. Big berry flavor with a touch of lactic tarts.
MF- Light-medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Feels creamy and silky on the palate. Slightly bitter and tart finish.
Bold berries and a bit of lactic acid. The berries are flavorful and come off as fresh and authentic and the beer is crushable because of the balance between the fruits flavor and sweetness and the slight tartness.
