Canned 2021/03/10 - Mass Beer week
Pours a med frothy 1 finger head with med retention, touch of lacing, very clear golden pilsner color
Nose brings some cracker malt notes, little bready doughy, fairly fruity with some generic fruity esters little pome fruit and floral hops
Taste more doughy straw slight cracker malt, fair grainy, little cereal, fair floral herbal hops but lighter bitterness, some fruity esters as well but not a ton, more tree fruit and pome fruit, finishes dry, more herbal hops
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft, med fizzy carb
Overall not bad, nice malt and hop profile, fruity esters get a bit high for the style, while they are acceptable in the style it shouldn't be too high as this should be fermented at a lager temp
