Pours a med frothy 1 finger head with moderate retention, little lacing, very clear light blonde color
Nose brings sweet malt, grainy pilsner malt with cereal and bread notes, little doughy as well, light floral grassy hops, hint of lemongrass, note of zest
Taste brings some nice pilsner malt up front, cereal and dough, a little gristy cracker, sweet malt, with plenty of hops kicking in, med-lighter bitterness up front then into med-higher bitterness as it goes, grassy herbal initially, then getting spicy late, soft but bitter finish, spicy hops that border high bitterness, hint mineral note
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med to lighter fizzy carb
Overall nice, def more into Czech style which is nice, malts were good but would have liked them to be a bit more present, hops were where they should, could use a bit more carbonation, otherwise good
