A: Light brown hazy color with 2 fingers of creamy off white head. Good head retention that lasts throughout and leaves faint lacing on the glass.
S: Good molasses and honey aroma. Very faint bitterness in the nose, mostly sweet molasses and caramel malt aroma.
T: Good sweet base of molasses, honey, and caramel, balanced with a toasted oat finish. Sweet flavor but not too sweet. The toasted oat finish cuts through the sweetness leaving a slightly dry faint sweet oat bread like finish with virtually no bitterness.
M: Very full, rich and creamy mouthfeel. Good level of carbonation blends the flavors well.
O: Very solid beer. Lighter and sessionable without any real bitterness in the taste. Reminds me of the fullness of a porter but sweeter and less bitter. Very smooth, flavorful and drinkable.
