Draft at Microbar, Reykjavik December 2014
Christmas Beer brewed with pale malt, crystal malt, toasted malt and special b. Fermented with S04.
Pours a auburn kind of colour, with mild toasted malts on the nose.
Flavour is soft toasted malt again, with light to medium body and a mild finish.
Overall, fairly one dimensional. Head to their IPA (on draft, not bottled) to see where Gæðingur really shines!
