That would be a Blanche or witbier, from a local brewery « Fario ». 330ml bottle and 5% ABV.
Poured as usual into my Guinness pint, yellow, a bit opaque and a white head that faded as I was typing this.
Nose and smell, coriander, lime are noticeable.
Taste is similar and sort of « dry » or crisp, slightly bitter finish and easily drinkable. Lime, coriander were used, pleasant.
Mouthfeel is light-bodied, and minimal warmth of alcohol, which is barely noticeable too.
Overall, a good witbier, could maybe have added some stronger flavors, for the style, still enjoyable. A nice present thinking this bottle has traveled all the way up here. Not something to be find here, so I doubt I’d drink again, it’s a long route and journey to be able to enjoy a wide range of beers and breweries.
