L - dark red, slight haze, thick off-white head sticks around
S - mostly floral notes from the hops, fruit cake, some caramel malt, sort of like an old school East Coast IPA with fruit cake added
T - sweet concentrated fruit, like raisin or fig, bitter pine finish, maybe the tiniest hint of oxidation takes it down a notch, but where is all this fruit coming from? acidulated malt?
F - fairly low carbonation (where did that huge head come from?), small bubbles, creamy
O - a very interesting brew, worth trying for novelty's sake, a little sweet for me

Great balanced Cascade IPA. Aroma is mostly hop with a little malt. Appearance is a thick creamy head. Flavor has hop out front with malt standing right up to it and just enough carbonation to perfectly complement. Excellent full body. Great drinking.
