Copenhagen 9/7 2017. 33 cl bottle from Meny. Some Hippie type playing acoustic guitar on the label. Together with reassurance that this beer is produced by Americans residing in Barcelona. So I gather it is not truly a Spanish Beer. Even the ingredients is American.
Pours cloudy amber with fluffy white head. Moderate lacing. Settles as 1cm thick layer of fluffy foam.
Aroma is pretty intense. Sweet lightly decaying exotic fruit with strong clear citric notes. Grape fruit and lemon is falling over each other.
Low carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and finish is semi-dry.
A little watery but very true to the style. Nice, bitter and easy to drink.

De color anaranjado, con un dedo de espuma de retención media. Cuerpo ligero y baja carbontación. Aromas cítricos y lupulados. En boca se acentúa la presencia de pomelo, naranja y limón, y finaliza con un leve amargor.

From bottle. Aroma has resiny hops with spruce and pine notes on a slightly toasted malt backbone. Taste is light, hoppy and resiny with the same toasted malt notes from the aroma. Light body with medium to low carbonation. Easy drinking with a classic IPA approach.
