De color rojizo, con una muy pequeña espuma de baja retención. Cuerpo medio y baja carbonatación. Aroma a malta, chocolate y regaliz. De sabor dulce, con textura aceitosa y un final algo seco.

D this beer was more painful. In fact, the beer is fine. I only miss the density of water. A very good foam, a beer that evolves very well with the temperature. But I lacked more complexity. Maybe I expected a lot and I did not find the expected crevice

Almost black colour, minimum off white head that fades in the blinking of an eye, small lace. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, dark fruits. Medium to light body, almost flat carbonation, creamy palate. Taste of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits. Good.

27 Mayo 2016.From Labirratorium. In Teku glass. Reading CSHTP6 Ch22. Good beer, like usual in its style, but I miss something that make it stand out among others (apart from the medicine-like bottle, of course)
5 Abril 2020. De 2d2despuma. 2 botellas.

Pours black as night, with no head retention to speak of.
Has a rich nose of toffee malts, dark fruits, burned earth and melted toffee. The toffee adds a decent sweetness, while the beer remains a rustic, malt defined, earthy character.
Drinks completely flat, with a soft silkness to it, producing a sticky, bitter chocolate peak after the swallow, which makes this pleasantly drinkable and palate challenging at the same time.
Begins with bakers chocolate, earth, toffee and an aqueous quality. The beer does not change too much, but is capable of revealing an unforseen, great tasting chocolate peak after the swallow, slowly introduced to the palate by more chocolaty turning malts. Finishes with rock sugar, burned malts and a long lasting bitter chocolate aftertaste, featuring whipped cream and a decadent dryness.
This convinces for its great finish, producing a late flavor development centered around bitter chocolate in all its facetts.

200ml medicine bottle. Snifter glass. Very dark brown color headed by a brief beige froth. Raisin, prune, roasted & caramel malt aromas, hint of coffee infusion. Creamy & caramelish malty flavor rounded by burnt coffee grains & underneath dark fruits. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Oily to watery texture, silky palate. Hints of licorice & mint candies. Arising herbal bitterness & slight peppery touches in the middle linger into a long, dried sweet/roasted finish. Involving sharp bitter flavor & intense licorice hues on the aftertaste. ABV well integrated resolves in an easy & pleasant drinkability.
